**Wellness Concierge**

**About us**

Cambridge Country Club is a newly built lifestyle and wellness facility with facilities such as golf, leisure facility, Spa and event spaces.

The reception and concierge desks are the first point of call for all guests and visitors and is therefore the face of the business. This means it is crucial to have smart, friendly and professional staff to ensure the first impression is consistently up to our standards. As a wellness concierge you will need to be a flexible, enthusiastic, and approachable person with a drive to delivering outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- To greet all guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any queries.
- Take phone calls and respond to requests as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team.
- Keep up to date with everything going on in the business and be able to feed this information to relevant persons.
- Use the membership management system to ensure all guest cards are up to date.
- Keep the lobby organised and clean.
- Take any feedback given by guests and relay that information to the appropriate department.
- Ensure our members expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the member experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.

**Required Skills and Experience**

To be successful, you will have previous experience as a receptionist within a professional environment and have intermediate IT skills. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to remain patient and tactful at all times and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and learn new skills quickly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.50 per hour
