Building surveyor needed in Totnes £Negotiable Ref 5218317

We require a Building Surveyor, in an interim capacity for 6-12 months.Ideally chartered.

Undertaking support for the Waste Service (Client) with their Depot modifications.

Role will involve:

- Acting as Intelligent Client commissioning services and works for modifications to the existing depot
- Advising Client on possible layouts / alterations that could improve occupational efficiency
- Project management of works / alterations
- Supporting H&S / Fire Risk Assessment and commissioning work as needed
- Increasing capacity of and working with Assets team (Estates / Engineers etc)
