We have grown steadily since this date, building a carefully curated team of automotive specialists across several markets. Hilton Group is going through an exciting time of growth with a new state of the art facility being built on our HQ site. We have a workforce of around 80 employees and quickly growing, based at our premises in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, UK.

**About the Role**
- Write accurate repair estimates on accident-damaged vehicles
- Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
- Use computerised estimating systems
- Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
- Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, update the customers, notify them of anychanges to the status or estimated time of completion of their repair
- Keep the wider team informed of all problems and potential problems involving customer repair
- Negotiating with the Engineers to make sure the estimate agreed is best for the customer

- Keen negotiator
- Manufacturer-Approved repair experience
- Tenacious with negotiating
- Audatex experience
- Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills
- Confident speaking to customers
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Good with administration & project management
- Proactive - following up within agreed time frames
- Experience ideal due understanding of terminology alternatively passion for all things automotive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
