This supports our mission to continually enhance offerings of the highest quality products for our customers.

We are currently looking for an experienced Buying Support Specialist Horticultural who will be responsible for supporting the buying team. You must be proactive individual with experience in data management and ensuring that buying operations run smoothly. This is a full-time flexible role where you will be expected to travel when necessary and have the opportunity to work from home.

**Horticulture Experience is Required**

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Must be computer literate and specifically good at analysing data on Excel.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation and data entry in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of plant knowledge and the Garden Centre Industry.

**Duties will include**:
Ensuring that garden centres have a constant flow of plants and liaising with stakeholders to ensure that stock levels of adapted to current trading conditions.
- Maintain precise product and range information within each plant category.
- Supporting the development of new product ranges and centres and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth running of operations.
- To assist with plant invoice authorisations to ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
- Regularly conducting market research to ensure products are on point with the latest trends and producing and analysing reports to improve growth opportunities.
