Epos Engineer

Concept are currently recruiting for IT/EPOS engineers to assist with EPOS and SCO Installations for a large retailer
The successful Engineers will work on an 8-week contract

**Details of the role**:

- Swap out of EPOS and SCOs
- Installation of software onto pre-staged devices
- Resolve any issues if and when they occur
- Complete sign off and sign out
- Work as a team under instruction of lead engineer

**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday day work
- 10 hours per day
- Start/ End times will vary
- Expectation of 4-5 days' work per week per engineer
- Travel will be a requirement of this role
- Hotel's will be arranged in advance by the client
- No restriction on number of sites per day

**Required skillset**:

- Experienced field engineers with experience of script-based ATM/Epos/IT project work, engineers must have basic fault finding skills
- Must have a full UK Driving license and own reliable vehicle with business insurance
- Must have standard engineering toolkit, PPE hard hat / boots etc
- Must have ECS / equivalent Health and Safety accreditation
- Be comfortable in competing script-based activity

**Rate details**
- £140 per shift based on a 10-hour day including travel, via an umbrella company
- Overtime more than 10 hours is paid at £14.40 per hour via an umbrella company
- Mileage claimable after 100 miles per day, 30ppm thereafter
- Travel expenses such as parking, bridges, and tolls etc claimable back weekly on expenses
- Payable via an umbrella company

This role has been assessed and deemed an IR35 role, the above rates are the umbrella company rates
