**ROLE DETAILS**:
We are working with a busy dealership based near **Penge**. They are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and professional **Service Advisor** to join their team.

You will be working alongside the existing incredible employees and continuing to build on their existing success.

**The Role**
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and building a rapport with the customers
- Review upcoming appointments and ensure they are properly prepared and documented in our system
- Effectively liaise between the workshop and dealership
- Verifying if the cars brought to the dealership have insurance coverage
- Resolving possible customer complaints after repair services are offered
- Main dealership experience (preferred)
- Experience using Kerridge, CDK systems
- Strong written and communication skills
- Confident approach to any given situation
- Full UK Driving License

**Package**
A basic salary between £25,000 - £28,000 with an **excellent bonus structure** (£30,000 + OTE)

**Hours**
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Saturdays on a rotational basis
