Marketing Specialist

**We choose staff for their good character and strong work ethic. All our staff are passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work in one of our branches - Dereham, King's Lynn or Norwich.**

**You must have an eye for detail, be organised, possess administrative skills and a can-do attitude.**

**Main duties will include**:

- Creating brochures for properties.
- Writing, editing and proofing of written property descriptions.
- Contacting clients for the approval of marketing material.
- Using an in-house estate agency software.
- Photo editing.
- Potential to create social media content including reels.
- Assist in maintaining digital screens in the offices.
- Website content administration.

**You will need**:

- Typing, spelling, grammar, and creative writing skills.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Great organisational and administration skills.
- Accurate proof reading and copy writing.
- The ability to pay particular attention to detail.
- A good work ethic, can-do attitude and the ability to deadlines.
- Be a team player.
- Prior knowledge of Adobe InDesign an added bonus.

**Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday**

**Location: Dereham, King's Lynn or Norwich**

**Salary: Negotiable**

**Closing Date: Friday, 2nd of June**

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
