**Position**: Viewings Clerk
**Location**: Banbury

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property viewings in and around Banbury.
- Provide prospective clients with detailed property information.
- Ensure a smooth and informative viewing experience for customers.
- Answer client queries and address concerns during viewings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights.
- Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanour.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Banbury and its surrounding areas.
- Customer-focused approach with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
- Full UK Driving Licence and Own Transport
- Available Saturdays and Possible Evenings in the Week
