As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a student with challenging behaviour in their learning and development. This may involve providing individualised support, implementing behaviour management strategies, and working closely with the classroom teacher to create a positive learning environment. This position is perfect for support workers, tutors, sports coaches, or psychology graduates looking to gain valuable experience in the education sector.
