Accompanied Viewer

Job Profile:
**Reeds Rains in Chester Le Street and Stanley **are looking for a Part time Accompanied Viewer to support both branches with their viewings, inspections and canvassing.

These branches are part of
- **National Home Move** who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
- Must be reliable, be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities include:

- Attending and carrying out accompanied viewings at owners properties
- Gaining viewing feedback and passing this on back to the branch.
- To Complete routine visits, property visits / inspections and canvassing.
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
- The person will be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach
- Full Training will be provided.

**Hours to be flexible depending on needs of the buisness, however circa 3/4 days required split between both branches, to include a Saturday.**

- Salary: £10.42 per hour
