Videographer/editor

Our main client work at Outwork Social is producing a large volume of short form 9x16 videos for clients in a single day.

We work with various clients across all kinds of industries week to week.

This role will be working from home unless on shoot days or otherwise specified.

Ownership / knowledge around Sony A7SIII is essential for this position, along with the use of Adobe Premiere Pro to a high level of efficiency.

Photography abilities are also a bonus

**Duties**:

- Capture high-quality video footage for various projects
- Edit raw footage to create engaging and compelling short form videos in bulk
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet client expectations
- Manage and organize video files and assets

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a videographer/editor or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with photography is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience using studio lighting
- Strong client facing social skills

**Requirements**:

- Experience shooting / creating short form content for brands
- A portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skills
- Must have own transport
- Ownership of / knowledge of operating Sony A7SIII / FX3
- Knowledge of current videography techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
