We have an exciting position for a Full Time Lettings Negotiator to join our Friendly team in Mold Town Centre

As a Lettings Negotiator your responsibilities will include
- Arranging/conducting property viewings (pool car available for use)
- Negotiating lets through to move in
- Referencing potential tenants
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices
- Assisting with business generation
- Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Be determined, curious, personable and have a passion to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Be a Friendly, Vibrant Team Player who is considerate
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Knowledge and interest in the property market
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Well presented
- Full UK Driving Licence

Whilst previous experience is preferred, it is not essential. We will offer the opportunity to gain an industry relevant qualification to further develop your knowledge and skillset.

Some travel may be required to other offices in the area, to assist with holiday cover/sickness.

**Salary**: £19000 - £20,250 per year depending upon experience.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday; 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday. Requirement to work one saturday in three on a rota:

- 9.00am - 1.00pm, which will be paid as overtime at a rate of £17.50 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,250.00 per year

- Weekend availability
