**Receptionist - Part Time**

**Manchester City Centre**

We have an opportunity for a personable and experienced receptionist to work as part of a job share team in an office building in central Manchester, minutes from Victoria Station.

You will enjoy delivering an exemplary tenant service and visitor experience, working collaboratively with the receptionist in the adjacent building. You will be highly organised, supporting the building manager with contractors and maintenance teams on site. You should be well presented with proven relevant experience and relish taking ownership of a compact and busy reception.

**Salary**

**£15,288 per year**

**Working Hours**

**8.30am-5pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (22 hours per week)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**The role**

Provide a front of house reception service, with additional responsibilities, which will include:
**Reception**
- Delivering a warm, friendly welcome to tenants and visitors
- Meeting, greeting and registering all visitors to the building, following appropriate protocols
- Ensuring the reception area always looks pristine and welcoming including manging the coffee break out area
- Managing deliveries, including couriers and post
- You will also develop a good understanding of the local area and develop a local amenities information file
- You will work closely with the receptionist in the adjacent building to develop a bi-weekly newsletter for the tenants
- General administration as required

**Building management**
- There is some vacant space, so you will support the sales and leasing agents, ensuring vacant area is looking pristine and ensure a hospitable welcome to potential new occupiers
- You will work closely with the Building Manager who works at an adjacent building - confidently reporting building issues and help manage to resolution.
- You will manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress log
- You will pay particular attention to the security of the building
- You will produce a weekly update report for key stakeholders

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**About you**
- You will previously have worked in a front of house reception role or customer service environment.
- You will be personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- You will be proactive, self-motivated and willing to work collaboratively with the whole building team
- You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be a competent Microsoft Office / PC systems user
