We have a current opportunity for a **Event Manager** on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

About the company:
An international exhibition and publishing company that attracts more than 425,000 visitors to a global portfolio of 80 exhibitions each year. We want to accelerate business through face-to-face events, which is why we work so hard to bring people together,creating opportunities for them to network, learn and do business.

About the role of an **Event Manager**:

- Plan and run operational and logístical elements for conferences and exhibitions
- Work closely with production and speaker management on technical requirements
- Manage AV, speaker management and content providers on site
- Conduct site visits and ensure venues are fit for purpose
- Create and updating show floor plans and layout plan
- Agree any event sponsorship sales opportunities
- Manage the event budget
- Work with multiple stakeholders

About you:

- Experience (4-5 years minimum) in international B2B conferences and exhibitions
- Strong negotiating and contract management skills
- Project Management skills
- Good budget management
