- To ensure that TAT & UAT support is given to the Test Manager when requested & planned
- Making sure the training elements of IT projects are delivered on time to budget
- To provide implementation support to various projects dealing with various different solution sets & products
- To provide support to IT project manager on low level report writing & Page 2 of 4 SQL queries
- To provide support in collation of Q&A's to feed into training material
- Prepare & manage risk mitigation plans when necessary as relates to implementation activities
- To ensure that support is provided to the operations to achieve the objectives of the project
- To provide shift cover for the IT work stream during go live situations
