**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong interest in UI/UX design, marketing, and video production to join our team in enhancing a comprehensive digital ecosystem for acute oncology.

This role involves creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our software solutions, as well as developing marketing materials and video content that effectively communicate our mission to interface with healthcare providers and offer a portfolio of biotech solutions. The role will involve collaboration closely with our project teams to ensure design coherence and user experience excellence across all digital platforms and marketing communications. This position requires a unique blend of creative design skills, technical understanding of design software, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our digital ecosystem to life. Exceptional communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with all stakeholders involved, including patient advocates and health professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development and Execution**

Create innovative and visually appealing designs for digital interfaces, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and align with brand guidelines.
Develop UI/UX designs from concept to delivery, including wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets.
- **Brand and Marketing Material Creation**

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and promotional materials.
- **Video Production**

Conceptualise, storyboard, and produce engaging video content that communicates the company's objectives and key messages to our different audiences nationally and internationally.
Work with editing software to create polished video content for various platforms, including social media and the company website.
- **User Experience Optimisation**

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback on design elements.
Utilise data and user feedback to iterate and refine designs, enhancing the overall user experience.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**

Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and meet design objectives.
- **Professional Development and Trend Awareness**

Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, UI/UX best practices, and video production techniques.
Continuously explore new tools, software, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
- **Documentation and Asset Management**

Maintain a library of design assets and templates for reuse and reference.
Document design processes and decisions for future reference and to ensure consistency across projects.
- **Collaboration and Design Project Management**

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, marketing specialists, and product managers, to ensure design coherence and project alignment.
Participate in project briefings and provide design insights and timelines. Manage design project timelines to ensure timely delivery of assets.

**Qualifications**:
Essential
- Ideally degree educated in a Design orientated discipline and any commercial experience in Healthcare/Medical or a related field would be of value.
- Proven experience, of at least 1 years, in a design-oriented role using the Adobe suite (or similar) across a range of media formats.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in preparing and presenting designs to diverse audiences.

Preferred
- Excellent organisational and brand definition skills.
- An understanding of software development processes
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
