**Role Category - the way you'll work**:

- This role has been categorised as a _**_hub-based_**_ role. This means that you’ll be based at a Thirteen site, primarily because you’re dealing with customers in-person or because you need access to key equipment. You probably won’t travel around the area for work very much and it’s unlikely that you’ll be expected or able to work from home._

**The Role**:
As part of our commitment to improving our customers’ experience, you will be working as part of our team working across one of our Touchpoint Service Hubs, giving our customer’s the best of what Thirteen has to offer in a place where everyone is welcome.

Our Touchpoint Hosts provide an exceptional, face-to-face customer experience ensuring that our customers’ needs are fully understood and resolved at first point of contact, whilst promoting the full range of Thirteen’s products and services on offer and supporting our wider touchpoints team in handling contact through various channels including over the phone and online.

We’re not after robots though. We’re after individuals. Interesting people who are interested in people; who are positive and natural communicators with a helpful way about them. We’re looking for real people who are proud to work as part of Team Thirteen.

As a Touchpoint Host you will be predominantly focussed on and passionate about delivering great customer experiences within a retail-like environment. You will strive to always put our customers (existing and new) at the centre of what you do, no matter what challenges you might face.

**The Person**:

- Can you deliver exceptional customer experiences?
- Do you easily build effective relationships with a wide range of people including customers and colleagues, with an ability to influence and negotiate?
- Are you comfortable with dealing with challenging conversations, remaining confident and firm, whilst being respectful and considerate?
- Do you have the skills to really listen to and recognise what it is that our customers really want and be committed to achieving the best possible outcome?
