**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
- Type correspondence and legal documentation accurately
- Utilise software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel for administrative tasks
- Demonstrate IT proficiency for data management
- Maintain an organised office environment
