Customer Service/sales Assistant

You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about services, and helping customers make informed decisions.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, working to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customers’ questions about services and products
- Provide detailed information on features, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers in selecting the best product or service to meet their needs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Generate sales leads and referrals
- Maintain customer records and update customer profiles
- Track sales and report data to management
- Suggest improvements to increase customer satisfaction

**Must haves**:

- Be able to talk to a wide range of customers and understand their needs fully
- Use basic Excel sheets to work out pricing (training given)
- Some experience using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to adjust sizes and colours

Our hours of work are 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday with breaks.

**Salary**: £21,411.00-£22,933.00 per year
