Founded in 2011, ECIGW Ltd has grown to become one of the largest online and offline retailers in the UK. We are one of the largest stockists of electronic cigarettes and e-liquids in the UK and Europe, currently supplying more than 600 independently owned ecig stores as well as over 80 private white label e-liquid clients. Added to this, we also have over 40 company-owned and franchise stores across the UK.

At ECIGW Ltd, we have created a business model that ensures each department within the company can support and complement the other. From our scientists, branding specialists, and designers to our ever-growing eCommerce team, all of whom ensure our products and brand are of the very best quality and delivered. Our head office is located in Peterborough with this role to be permanently based out of our eCommerce office in London.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a talented eCommerce and Content Executive in a hybrid role to support the current E-commerce and Marketing teams. The person best suited for this role will be highly motivated, flexible and hard-working. You will also be highly driven & creative, with keen attention to detail, while keeping a cool head under pressure

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-managing all product listing content, tags, metas, upsells and cross-sells
- Creating product descriptions that represent features clearly and concisely to end users
- Help plan and update pricing and product data structure across all product types, sites and projects
- Conducting detailed research and reporting on website traffic and conversion metrics, tracking performance
- Identify trends and insights, and produce content that reflects ECW’s core values and user needs
- Supporting the business and wider E-commerce team to make data-informed decisions by completing ad-hoc requests for information and analysis
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with agencies and other internal departments
- Evaluate current user journeys and optimise to increase conversions
- Increase organic traffic with SEO optimisation, on-page fixes and SEO campaigns/optimisation strategies
- Monitoring and reporting on engagement and progress toward goals
- Creating unique landing pages to increase product awareness and conversions
- Be involved in all creative marketing campaigns and work closely with marketing to support business growth
- Providing copy for all customer-facing communications online and in print, ensuring weekly and monthly deadlines are adhered to
- Full analysis and reporting on blogs and articles, using KPIs to inform future story decisions
- Regularly undertake competitor research and stay abreast of industry trends.

**Personal Specification**

Essential
- 1+ year building/managing websites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great written content, with excellent attention to detail
- Good time-management skills along with the ability to multitask
- Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Take the initiative to achieve results; meet short deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude

**Desirable**
- Interest in the electronic cigarette industry
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
- Experience working with content management systems and eCommerce platforms(Shopify)
- Experience working in an eCommerce environment
- Analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics
- Experience with Asana
