As **Chief Executive Officer **(**CEO**), you will be responsible for the management of the operations of AVASK as well as setting the overall vision for the company. The role involves a high level of responsibility, with pivotal decision making affecting the future of a company and its employees.

The Chief Executive Officer is the main driver of AVASK and is ultimately accountable to the main stakeholders / shareholders of the business.

Within this role, the CEO will be expected to oversee all operations of the Group. The CEO will also be expected to develop and approve strategies for the firm as well as communicating these strategies to an internal and external audience.

A comprehensive salary and relocation package is offered for this role.

**CEO Duties**:

- Leading the development of AVASKs short and long-term strategy, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of AVASK.
- Communicating, on behalf of AVASK, with shareholders, government entities, and the public.
- Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
- Keeping up with industry news and trends by reading relevant publications and meeting with other professionals.
- Developing fresh ideas for the running of AVASK.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
- Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within AVASK, including directors, vice presidents, and presidents.
- Monitoring how various departments of AVASK operate and how they work together to achieve overall goals.
- Creating and implementing strategies, together with the senior management team, to determine the direction AVASK will take.
- Consulting with investors and other stakeholders to determine the future path of the company.
- Communicating a uniform vision for AVASK and making sure that it is understood and acted upon.
- Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the AVASKs legality and business ethics.
- Creating a positive culture in the AVASK. This is done by taking actions such as listening to employees and paying attention to diversity and inclusion.
- Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure AVASKs survival and growth.
- Taking any decisions and actions required to help AVASK cut expenses and increase revenue.

**CEO Skills and Qualifications**:

- A Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and able to inspire others.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker and the ability to see the big picture.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability.
- Experience in shaping organisation structures and making corporate decisions
- The ability to be decisive in high-pressure situations.
- A high level of business acumen.
