**The Role**

**Survey Technician / SUA Operator**

Full-time

Permanent

Monday to Friday

Supporting Norelo to deliver high quality, high accuracy, and high customer satisfaction across the construction industry. As a Survey Technician and SUA Operator you will undertake detailed inspections and surveys of buildings, infrastructure, land, and solar systems. Demonstrating attention to detail and identifying issues and points of interest for the client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering Norelo Services including, but not limited to: Inspections, Photogrammetry Surveys, Measured Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Thermal Surveys, Solar Surveys, and Methane Detection.
- Operating and maintaining SUA’s and other equipment as required, demonstrating attention to detail and compliance with all industry standards.
- On site data acquisition and processing which will typically include photography, videography, photogrammetry, thermal imaging, and GNSS survey control data.
- Preparing and presenting data to clients for review, including the use of Norelo software.
- Preparation and completion of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), local authority permissions, flight planning and other pre inspection requirements.
- Responsible for all aspects of onsite health and safety including the wearing of appropriate Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) and maximising the safety of the public and other professionals.
- Compliance with all requirements of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
- Delivering CPD events to prospective new clients.

**Requirements**:
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience.
- A full clean UK driving licence is required for this role.
- Valid GVC certification.
- CSCS card (desirable though not essential).
- Previous experience undertaking inspections, surveys, or photogrammetry.
- Knowledge in the use of Agisoft Metashape, Reality Capture, Cyclone Register, AutoDesk Products CAD/Revit (desirable though not essential).

**Salary**

**£25,000 - £30,000 a year**

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
