**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales consultant to be part of a gym that is constantly growing and developing.

As a membership sales advisor you will need an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone.

**Our membership advisor will**:

- Have natural sales ability.
- Be target driven with a desire and passion to exceed targets.
- Be energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Be excited to work closely with the Membership Manager and the rest of the team to create a member-focused gym environment.
- Be approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease.
- Personable with a sense of fun.
- Naturally Sales focused
- Highly self-motivated and target driven with a sense of humour, even under pressure
- Organised - keep on top of your leads and follow up.
- Passionate about fitness, whilst being able to support the member focused culture we are developing in the club.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Due to the variety of shift patterns that include Evenings and Weekends it is important that you live within a reasonable commute to the club.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£11,000.00 per year
