PA Media Group, the UK’s leading provider of multimedia content and services are looking for a Graduate Finance Business Partner to join the Howden team.

**The Role...**
- Support the team in ensuring the appropriate management of income and expenses against organisational plans and in accordance with performance measures, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support the team in delivering accurate quarterly forecast information and annual budget information. Supporting the Senior Finance Staff with continuously developing the processes.
- Support the team in producing variance analysis with quality and accuracy.
- Assisting in the production of Group Strategies and KPIs across the business.
- Working with the support of the Senior FP&A Manager and other Finance Business Partners to analyse and make recommendations in relation to performance assessment and improvement, financial sustainability, and investment cases.
- Supporting the development of Agresso the Finance Accounting system, including further development of the reporting and the efficiency of finance processes.
- Support the implementation of change to improve reporting to meet the strategic needs of the business.
- Supporting the Senior FP&A Managers with yearend accounts and audit.
- Support the team in promoting and leading a culture that develops expert insight skills, encourages innovation and the identification of operational and process improvements.
- Ensuring group accounting policies are consistently applied.
- With Support, assisting the management information team with ad hoc projects and queries.
- The above supporting responsibilities will result in eventual ownership as you progress within the role.

- CIMA, ACA, ACCA

**Do you have...**
- Graduate degree (with an accounting focus) or AAT qualified
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare clear financial information
- Desire to develop your financial career
