Currently in the top 5 globally, looking to reach number one by Q1 with the help of a Director or Senior Director of Cell and Gene Therapy. **Description**
- Managing a team of 60 across project management, customer service, manufacturing sites, depot team, drivers etc.
- Growing the cell and gene therapy function by 60% in the next 6 months
- You will have a global remit, reporting into the VP of cell and gene therapy
- Own the strategy for storage, distribution, and logistics
- Responsible for keeping ahead of the curve in the fast-moving market with innovative strategies and through leadership
- Motivating the team to always put the patient first
