A country pub based in a village near Sheffield is seeking a **Sous Chef** to join the team of three in the kitchen. The pub is newly opening and will feature gastro pub style seasonal, fresh menus that incorporate plenty of Yorkshire produceinto the dishes. In this role of Sous Chef you will be cooking for 60 covers for lunch and dinner with the expectation that you will be capable of running service times in the absence of the Head Chef. As this is a Sous Chef role you will be expected to beconfident running all sections, keeping a tidy work space and assisting with the training of the junior members of the team.
