**What success looks like in this role**:

- Your first thought (every day) is, ‘How can we get more organic visitors to our website.’
- You use customers’ pain points, fears, hopes, and aspirations within your copy
- Tracking the right keywords.
- Ensuring our content is compelling and helpful.
- You are curious about what works and why.
- You are focused on getting results and a return on investment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing original, clear, compelling and engaging copy that also ranks for SEO
- Researching and developing new content ideas.
- Working with a brand’s unique tone of voice and strategy.
- Create copy for the websites and any additional pages that need to be created.
- Write SEO Blogs.
- Industry and topic-based research.
- Create blog plans
- Proofreading.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Flawless command of the English language, writing and grammar skills.
- Have a good understanding of technical writing.
- At least 3 years of copywriting experience, demonstrated by a suitable portfolio.
- Writing experience needs to include bog & SEO copywriting.
- Experience with WordPress is advantageous.
- A writing qualification is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of SEO from a copy point of view.
- Solid understanding of page optimization.
- Solid understanding of Keywords.
- Be using and have an interest in AI tools.

Meticulous work is expected, firstly to produce writing that moves and persuades people, and secondly with an excellent and succinct choice of words and use of grammar, making every word count. Thorough proofreading and excellent admin are also expected.
