The purpose of this role is to take charge of specific areas within the factory, ensuring work is operating smoothly and efficiently and daily targets are met.

Key responsibilities are:

- To be responsible for visually inspecting work before progressing materials to the next stage
- To be responsible for their own work targets and follow instructions given on drawings.
- To ensure the team are working efficiently.
- to report any issues with materials or team to the Team Leader or Production Manager.

Skills and experience required:

- Coded welder with structural steel experience.
- Organisational skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Crane licence
- To work well under pressure
