Express Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing IT service and equipment provider based in Northeast Nottinghamshire. Due to continued success, our client is now seeking a Telecoms Coordinator to join their telecoms services department.

In return, you can expect to receive a starting salary of up to c£24,000 per annum D.O.E., plus other employee benefits including a company vehicle and laptop, pension scheme, internal training programme, perkbox discount scheme, free flu vaccination and more

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Take down detailed sales orders over the phone and ensure they are processed correctly and reported to Sales Representative
- Consult frequently with suppliers to place sales orders
- Raise broadband orders with Gamma and maintain communication with customers up until the point of delivery
- Raise installation projects on the ITSM system and consult with Engineers to schedule workloads
- Consult with customers who are out of contract and renegotiate contract renewals, whilst promoting additional services to upsell customers on their package
- Process contract cancellations and finalise invoices, ensuring the system is updated accurately
- Manage and facilitate all IT training needs

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience working with Gamma and Beyond telecom providers
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Confident contract negotiation and objection handling skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
- Competent with Excel, capable of creating and editing spreadsheets
