**Job Description**:
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a General Practice Surveyor to work with our public sector client in Edinburgh.
Role - Surveyor
Location - central Edinburgh (with site visits required)
Hours - Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week (flexible working hours)
Pay rate - £21.44 per hour
Duration - 6 months with possible extension
Start asap
- Undertaking a range of projects / areas of work ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and to a high standard- Implement the detailed asset management plan prepared by the Operational Estate Manager for the portfolio in line with asset management strategy- Manage the day-to-day activities for assets in accordance with the Operation Estates strategy including preparation, review, renewal of rents and leases / licences for events- Establish and maintain relationships with internal Property and FM teams as well as external stakeholders- Work within a range of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex outcomes to optimise the management of the assets- Ensure that the CAFM database is maintained up-to-date and appropriate references and links to documents are operational- The post holder will provide professional estate surveying advice to immediate colleagues, Service Areas and the Locality Teams- Report to senior management on the financial and non-financial performance against targets- Provide valuations of assets for annual accounts financial reporting- Provide instructions to and manage contracts with external consultants and contractors Provide input into the identification, development and implementation of Estate Optimisation plan and business cases
