This well-known retailer is looking for a bright individual to support the Head of eCommerce with day-to-day eCommerce jobs. This role is rather administrative but with the opportunity to learn more into the deeper side of eCommerce as your career develops within the company.

**What you’ll be doing**

In this role, you will work within the eCommerce team and closely with the Head of eCommerce to assist with largely administrative jobs that will provide support to the business including investigating queries and taking remedial actions to resolve.

You will also be responsible for focusing on site and product health and maintenance as well as ensuring that any issues found are logged, assigned and rectified. You’ll also act as front-line support with any eCommerce queries and gather data for regular reporting from your weekly website reviews and report all findings.

**What experience you will need to apply**
- Previous experience working within an eCommerce business
- Experience with handling customer queries
- Computer literate - especially with Excel
- Highly organised with the ability to self-prioritise
- A real team player with good communication skills
- Experience with an eCommerce platform would be beneficial
- Previous knowledge of Google Analytics or similar would be desirable
