About the Role

Reporting to the Warranty Manager the Warranty Administrator (Maternity Cover) will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of warranty claims, raising credit notes, parts orders & month end reporting.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Building a working relationship with our Dealer network and handling any warranty queries in a proactive and timely manner
- Provide instructions to dealers on warranty systems and processes
- Settling claims in line with warranty policy
- Assisting Vendor Recovery in recuperating costs from suppliers and coordinating return of parts to suppliers from our Dealer network
- Raise orders for parts & receipting PO’s as & when required.
- Providing warranty updates to Finance on outstanding warranty claims during weekly calls
- Ensure monthly reporting to pre-agreed timelines

About you

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages especially MS Excel
- A strong customer focus and be proactive in identifying solutions and offering support to others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in administration
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the business & work within a Team.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines
- Good Business Acumen
