An exciting position has become available for a full time Sales/Warehouse Person to join a friendly team based in Hawick. The jobs comes with a competitive basic salary & a commission-based bonus. Pay is negotiable DOE

Role Requirements
- Previous sales experience an advantage
- Previous flooring/carpet sales experience would be a distinct advantage
- Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with customers
- Have the ability and confidence to develop own technical product knowledge
- Self-motivated and organised
- Computer Skills
- Assisting Customers in Store and at Home to choose the best Carpet and Flooring Materials for their requirements
- Estimating Materials to minimise waste and maximise Profitability.
- Always Offering Best Professional advice and Customer Service.
- An Eye for a Sale and enjoy dealing with people.
- Warehouse Work - Taking In Delivery's, Processing customers cuts, re-stocking remnants and roll stock in store.
- Customer Delivery's
- Full Driving Licence an advantage

Role Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and targets
- Assist customers with there carpet & flooring purchases
- Providing excellent customer service both face to face and on the telephone
- Using the computer system to check stock availability
- Locating stock in the warehouse and restocking
- Processing sales invoices and payments
- Other duties as required in line with the role Company
