Wine Sales Ambassadors

Alexander Wines is an independent wine merchant and shipper, part of the Dunns Food and Drinks Ltd family established in 1875, with the shared aim to be the best wholesale wine merchant in Scotland. We supply the top hotels, bars and restaurants, as well as the best independent retailers in the country.

As a result of major investment within Alexander Wines, we are looking to recruit for two Wine Sales Ambassadors.

This is not an ordinary sales job - this is a passion, with a great message and most importantly the products to back it up

**Your responsibilities**
- Sharing your passion and knowledge for great wine with customers.
- Being there for our customers, showing Alexander Wines as a best-in-class wine wholesaler
- Working effectively with your colleagues and our supplier partners to deliver our goals

**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic people
- You will need a creative streak for tasting notes and composing wine lists.
- Wine sales experience is desirable but not essential - maybe you are looking to step out from behind the bar or shop counter?
- You may have great trade/customer facing experience that will allow you to thrive but it is essential that you enjoy dealing directly with people.
- You must pride yourself on great customer service, relationships and delivering results with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to manage and organise own workloads, whilst remaining a team player.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
