An established privately owned luxury house builder with a good local reputation are looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage quality new build housing development in the Banbury area
The role:
As Site Manager you will run the development and manage the project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control andmonitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

A privately owned luxury house builder who build high quality semi/detached houses and apartments for sale on the open market. They work across Buckinghamshire,Oxfordshire and the Midlands
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Senior Site Manager,Project Manager,Contracts Manager or Manager in a similar house building environment preferably on luxury housing projects. It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial),SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness qualification, IT skills as well as a driving licence.
