Retrofit Assessor

_We are looking for a confident, personable individual who is looking for a career in property surveying around South East England. We are open to a variety of skill levels and are prepared to guide an individual through the relevant training. The job will entail surveying a range of properties from Social Housing to Private Homes. We will guide you through different funding methods that will be used daily in order to offer homeowners with more energy efficient homes._

You will attend vast range of domestic and occasionally commercial properties across the southwest of England assessing the suitability/viability of energy efficient measures.

Measures could include;
- Cavity wall insulation
- Party wall insulation
- Loft insulation
- Underfloor insulation
- External/Internal wall insulation
- Solar panels
- Air/Ground source heat pump
- First Time Central Heating
- New Boilers

If the property is suitable to receive these measures depending on the funding stream that could be available (ECO4, HUG, LAD, CONTRACTING and ATP) a vast range of surveys will be completed at the property with a view to Evolve completing the install of the works. This can range from a full whole house retrofit assessment, technical survey for the measure to be installed, private quote or even an energy performance certificate. Once the assessment has been confirmed and assessed work will be completed and installed by evolve.

What a typical week looks like at Evolve as a Retrofit Assessor?
Attend a weekly meeting with your manager regarding the weeks previous work. Run though any challenging/technical jobs and see if they are viable to install. If they could be tricky then how could we overcome these issues to get them installed? Majority of the week will be out on the road attending appointments and meeting clients and qualifying homeowners for the funding ensuring we offer the best possible service, offer good advice to customers about how to make the home warmer and more importantly energy efficient

Individuals should be able to keep very good time keeping let the customers know if there are any issues attending the property at a specific time. Work on their own initiative and if work goes down look to pick up more jobs to help achieve weekly/monthly KPIs.
- **Some things we are looking for**:_
- _Most importantly we are looking for a personable individual with past experience working 1 on 1 with customers. They will need to be confident in front of a customer in order to sell our product._
- _You will need to hold a full driver’s license and be older than 21_
- _You may benefit from past experience in the housing industry, simple construction knowledge will be needed but the relevant qualifications and training will be supplied if necessary._

- _An IPAD for surveys_

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
