- Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects in existing and new sectors.
- Seek out and develop Added Value Opportunities
- Develop profitable long term business ensuring a first class service is provided.
- Negotiate with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
- Keep colleagues and your line manager informed of any key development opportunities, competitor information and share market intelligence.
- Adhere to 100% compliance to the Company’s System keeping accurate specific customer information including visit reports, customer questionnaires, quotations and pricing feedback. Hold consistent solid business ethics and integrity
- Develop a full understanding of the company’s system to enable the creating of quotations, order entry and invoicing.
- Hold regular customer facing briefings to review performance and discuss further development opportunities.
- Preparing of Sales Budgets in conjunction with Line Managers
- Exceed agreed annual budgets in turns of turnover and maximise gross profit growth opportunities..
- Support supply chain in terms of customer forecasting, reduction of aged stock, stock turn leading to effective stock management.
- Provide support to supply chain in attending meetings with supply partners to in terms of on time delivery performance, competitive pricing, prompt response times and business growth.
- Support House Account Managers where required.
- Ensuring Terms and Conditions are agreed with Senior Managers prior to agreeing to Long Term Agreements\Customer Contracts.
- Preparing and presenting detailed business plans to support new stock lines.
- Support Accounts where required in terms of disputes and collecting money.
- Undertake back to back spot purchasing for non-standard products.
- **The role may also require additional tasks to be undertaken in line with Business needs.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
