**Responsibilities**
- You will need to be confident taking ownership of and leading creative briefs, delivering high-quality key art that meets project goals and client expectations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver, QC and sign off Key Art.
- Proactively participate in brainstorm sessions, providing inspiring creative contributions to elevate project outcomes.
- You will be working on Key Art from limited/zero assets through to supplied assets
- Adapting supplied artwork and rolling out across various specs.
- Working at different stages of a titles lifecycle including pre-production, sales, theatrical & physical release and streaming.
- Be comfortable joining client calls, presenting and taking feedback.
- Working with our campaign team across digital assets and to creatively design presentation cover slides.
- Act as an escalation point for junior-mid designers, offering guidance and insights to support their projects, and liaise with the Art Director when necessary.
- You will report into the Creative Director, and work closely with the Art Director and senior design team to deliver best results.
- Work methodically to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Communicating productively with our studio manager and client services team to keep them up-to-date with project milestones.
- Balance work on several projects at a time.
- Staying up-to-date with industry and consumer trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Mid-level industry experience, eager to push into a senior role
- A full and fluent knowledge of Adobe creative suite
- Confident designing with limited assets with an eye for typography and title treatments
- Strong retouching and lighting skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and can work efficiently under deadlines, balancing several projects at a time
- The ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions
- Must have a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative, and be able to work well as part of a wider creative design team
- Entertainment industry experience is essential
- A genuine and infectious passion for movies (a love of TV, gaming and popular culture a bonus)

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office, we are also open to discussing a remote role.

Salary is dependant on experience.
