**Job overview**:
The role will work under the guidance of the DREEAM Management Team, reporting directly to the Business Development Project lead and supporting a team of educators and administrative professionals to achieve its business objectives including annual sales targets. The main objective of the role is to support DREEAM’s ambitions to become a fully self-funding provider of educational training and best practice, through the delivery of quality, creative and customer-focused marketing and communications activity.

The post holder will lead on a number of marketing activities for key DREEAM and ED priorities, spanning internal, external and digital media channels.

**Person specification**:
**Experience**:
**Essential criteria**:

- Experience working within a digital or marketing function (agency or in-house).
- Experience in all elements of digital communications, including web publishing and editing; organic and paid social; PPC and SEO; digital advertising; social media community management.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience in marketing automation platforms e.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Dynamics 365 Sales

**Planning and Organisation Skills**:
**Essential criteria**:

- Experience of producing high quality content whilst managing a number of projects and conflicting priorities.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Project management skills, including budgetary control

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
