Housekeeper

Lynn Recruitment is partnering with a prominent FM Company seeking a Housekeeper to join their team.

In your new role as a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within a designated environment, ensuring a hygienic and organised space.

Your Duties:

- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the bank, including lobby, offices, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Emptying and cleaning waste bins and disposing of trash.
- Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of entrance areas and ensuring they are presentable.
- Sanitising and disinfecting surfaces regularly, especially high-touch areas.
- Restocking toiletries and other supplies in restrooms and break rooms.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management promptly.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Your Profile:

- In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English and demonstrate a reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- You must also possess a flexible approach to the role and be open, honest, self-driven, and determined.

Additional Information:

- £11.44 per hour.
- Location: Belfast City Centre, Donegall Square South.
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 10:00-16:00.
- You will be required to provide a headshot photo for an access card if successful.
- This is a Temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.
