An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Sussex Training Hub New to Primary Care Team.
We have one fixed-term, Band 7 role to help us to ensure the quality, access and growth of our current Multi-Professional Clinical Preceptorship Programme, and also to broaden the scope to include new non-clinical colleagues. Are you passionate about supporting and developing colleagues to transition into new work settings with confidence and competence? Do you want to develop new skills, working within a supportive environment? We are looking for compassionate, creative and organised colleagues to join our team and help us embed preceptorship principles in our current and future new-to-primary-care work.
