**Right now, we are looking for a Senior Supporter Acquisition Manager to join the Fundraising Directorate for a highly respected and revered national charity.**
This is a brand new role in an expanded Supporter Acquisition team as a result of the development of the charity’s exciting new Fundraising Strategy. The charity is now looking for a Senior Support Acquisition Manager (Digital) to join their brilliant and evolvingfundraising team, delivering a new fundraising strategy and to deliver long term and focused growth.
The Supporter Acquisition team is responsible for all marketing to attract new supporters, across a large portfolio of appeals, products and media. This is a wider remit for the team with the new strategy, the charity is looking for Supporter Acquisition Managerto specialising in digital marketing and associated web functionality.
As Senior Supporter Acquisition Manager you will beleading on broadcast, print, and face-to-face marketing, will have considerable expertise with these media and be able to really add value to large well-established programmes with their experience, knowledgeand drive to continually improve and identify appropriate new opportunities.The role involves working with and leading the relationship with a number of suppliers.
As an experienced senior marketing manager, you will hit the ground running and help to establish ways of working, responsibilities and processes across the new teams in Fundraising. You will need proven experience of managing and coaching teams and workingin a truly collaborative way with colleagues, teams and suppliers and lead by example. You’ll strive for excellence, ensuring campaigns are compelling and effective and you will be able to capably resolve issues and or take on new challenges.
