BSNI have a brilliant opportunity for an assembly operative for our manufacturing client based in Lisburn.

**Hours of work**:
**DAYS**:
- Monday - Thursday: 7am - 3pm
- Friday: 5.30am - 12pm
**EVENINGS -**
- Monday - Thursday: 3pm - 11pm
- Friday: 12pm - 6.30pm
**NIGHTS -**
- Monday - Thursday: 11pm - 7am
- Friday: 11pm - 5.30am
**Rate of pay**:
- Days - £10.42 per hour
- Evenings - £12.76 per hour
- Nights - £13.02 per hour
**DUTIES**:
- To ensure the safe and timely delivery and collection of cargo with the completion of all relevant documentation and undertake quality checks to ensure damage has not occurred prior to delivery.
- To undertake service team duties including recycling, cleaning, and transport of materials using forklifts/ pallet trucks etc.
- Ensure that consistent and standard working practices are carried out throughout and around the entire site to achieve production and customer requirements.
- Work within a “Service” structure that adds value to the Creative production processes.
- Compliance with the Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems of the Company
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and suggest plans to realise these opportunities via all levels of management.
- Assist with regular audits of site (Internal/External) regarding Health & Safety, Environmental and Stock levels and undertake appropriate timely action
- Maintain a clear yard structure. Monitor and report non-compliance to appropriate Supervisor / BUM
- Manage your time based on customer need and business risk exposure and act where required.
- Ensure that consistent working practices are adhered to.
- Help ensure health & safety, quality and environmental matters / KPIs are reached within the plant.
- Contributes to the effectiveness of cross functional and transverse relationships through activity with peers, hierarchical Management and other internal / external stakeholders.
- Undertake waste and recycling collections.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the company van/lorry on a regular basis.
- To co-operate with management about normal servicing of the vehicles, and to notify management of any irregular maintenance issues.
- Performance of routine vehicle maintenance re water, oil and type pressure etc.
- Undertake appropriate training and projects to resolve issues if required.

- _Proven ability in the implementation of logistic related roles_
- _Structured logical thinking and initiative to deliver plans_
- _Exemplary ownership and drive to hit and exceed expectations_
- _Excellent motivational, operational and communication skills_
- _Clean Driving Licence. (No points or restrictions) No accidents or claims within 5 years._
- _Is able to satisfy criteria for obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance, CTC Check._
