Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our bars. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth in a growing Hospitality Business.

**Duties**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues, such as plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions
- Perform general repairs, including carpentry, painting, and drywall installation
- Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.50-£12.54 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
