CRG’s specialist Logistics Division is currently searching for a Logistics Planner on a full-time permanent basis to work for a well-known Logistics and Warehousing group in the West Midlands


**To be considered for this Transport Administrator role you must have**:

- Experience working in the Warehousing, Transport or the Pallett industry
- Must have worked with a TMS (Transport Management System)
- Supporting a department with general administration tasks

**The Logistics Planner will be expected to**:

- Efficient use of IT and TMS and customer portals to ensure efficient fleet and employee deployment.
- Overview of all vehicles to ensure accurate and appropriate allocation of drivers/vehicles/trailers/customer deliveries and backloads.
- To work closely with the Workshop to ensure vehicles and trailers are available to support the transport requirement, service scheduling is built into the plan and advise the operation promptly when there are any risks to vehicle or trailer availability.
- Inform and share plans to the transport team to deliver through efficiency and maintain customer service levels.

**This Logistics planner will be offered the following package**:
Competitive salary, of Circa 28k to 32k plus bonus

Shortlisting deadline: 15th of March

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
