Person Specification
- Have an enthusiastic interest in learning and developing a career within production
- The role is open to any applicants of varying levels of experience as training will be provided
- Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
- Problem solving
- Understand the importance of working as a team to achieve productivity standards.
- Be professional and process a polite and positive attitude.

**Duties**
- Operating manufacturing machines
- Load and unload finished products
- Labelling finished products
- To carry out additional related duties as directed by the Line Manager
- Work towards meeting production based targets
- Carries out duties independently
- Quality checking products
- Adheres to the companies policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively on-site, including passing on information to relevant departments if/when necessary.

**SHIFTS**: Day and Night shifts available Overtime and Double Overtime available

**PAY RATE**: £10.42 - £15
