We are looking for someone who can source self-employed sales consultants, Technical Designer’s and Templator's across the UK to deliver a first class B2C experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the team to strategise and execute on recruitment plans that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices.

**Person Specification**
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in the têxtile, manufacturing, and sales sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
- Resilience and drive

**Key Competencies**
- Achieving set targets and KPI's
- Solid history of the end-to-end recruitment process

**Salary**

Competitive salary plus commission

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
