Hotel Maintenance

We are looking for a Maintenance Team Person in Luton.
This is a part time position, 20 hours a week.
Pay rate
- £16.00 per hour including holiday.
Main Duties:
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- As a maintenance person you will be responsible for keeping the hotel maintained and fixing any errors that are needed.
- This can include putting in new carpets in guest rooms, repairing holes in walls, changing settings on cooling and heating equipment, putting new light bulbs in the hotel's outdoor lamps and performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the hotel's building.
- Other hotel maintenance duties and responsibilities include repainting walls, fixing broken furniture, fixing minor electrical issues and making faucets stop leaking.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
