Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and filing
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
- Support other administrative staff as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an office environment performing reception or administrative duties
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and data entry

Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
