An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen within the Patient Safety team, to support the Senior Falls Practitioner with the implementation of UHDB falls agenda and action plan.
We are looking for two experienced nurses or AHPs with an interest in falls prevention and management, who are passionate about high quality care and innovative care.
The role involves developing the UHDB workforce in falls prevention and making a difference to our patients.
